Eric Tulin, Chief Executive Officer

Eric has a deep background in social networking, Internet initiatives for both start-ups and established media companies, and advertising. As an executive and consultant, he contributed to the early development of Facebook and essembly.com, a U.S. political social network recently acquired in a deal backed by Peter Thiel's Founders Fund. He worked on Internet initiatives for CBS, APB and Infonautics, and developed successful online job boards and dating sites for Radio and TV stations and networks. Eric has been a principal partner of several Advertising Agencies, most recently Creativenergy. He has written and produced 600+ radio commercials and jingles in his career, managed numerous radio promotions, and negotiated the purchase of tens of millions of dollars of radio and TV advertising time. Eric received his undergraduate degree from Yale University.

Adam Neff, President

Adam began his career in web application development as co-founder and COO of Essembly, LLC (now Facebook Causes), where he ran product strategy and day-to-day business operations for the company's issue-based social network. Adam consults on interactive product and business strategy for a variety of old and new media clients including Vertical Space, a social networking start-up in the action sports niche; Tuenti, a venture-financed Spanish-language social network that is the market incumbent in Spain; the Los Angeles Times Interactive Group; and Vidatak, a medical technology company focused on patient communication. Adam is currently working toward his MBA at USC's Marshall School of Business on a full-tuition scholarship. He is a graduate of Occidental College with double honors in Economics & Diplomacy and World Affairs.

Steve Goldberg, Board Member

As an executive and consultant, Steve has helped numerous companies with fund-raising, M&A activities, strategic planning, and the creation of revenue-generating programs. Steve is currently a faculty member at USC's Marshall School of Business teaching a popular course on Entrepreneurial Finance. In 2007 the graduating MBA class awarded him Marshall's prestigious Golden Apple for teaching excellence. Steve also serves on the Boards of four privately held companies, including Pure Videos, Touchpoint Direct and HalfTime magazine and as an adviser to several technology companies and investment firms. Previously, Steve was Chief Strategy Officer at Intellisync (NASDAQ: SYNC — acquired by Nokia.) where he led all M&A activity. Prior to that he was CEO of Hiwire, an NEA and ClearChannel backed media-technology firm that pioneered streaming radio advertising and was also Sr. Vice President of Go2Net (NASDAQ: GNET — acquired by InfoSpace.) where he ran all of the company's consumer businesses. Steve began his career in technology at Microsoft where he was a founding member of the MSN team and led the company's initial online advertising sales, strategy and product development efforts. At that time he also was a Founder and original Board member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Later, Steve led a team of almost 300 at Microsoft's European Development Centre in Dublin where his primary responsibility was shipping localized versions of Microsoft Office and other Desktop application. Steve began his career in a variety of advertising and media positions at companies including Young & Rubicam and ABC TV Network. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a Masters of Science in Management (with Distinction) from the Hult Institute in Cambridge, MA.
